Website Management

  • Enhance and maintain eEye’s website, including content, design, navigation and flow optimization to effectively support sales and marketing lead nurturing programs as well as metadata optimization to maximize search engine rankings.
  • Expand web 2.0 look and feel to enhance and reinforce eEye’s brand image and experience.
  • Create and update landing pages, graphic and other materials to support eEye’s marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Monitor and track metrics using Google Analytics on sources of referrals to eEye.com, navigation within the website, and usefulness of content to enhance the user experience.
  • Enhance and unify the experience of all customer access to eEye’s websites, from the main website to partner and customer portals and sub sites.
  • Enhance and maintain new web store for online sales.
  • Enhance and maintain our customer and partner portal websites.
  • Enhance and maintain current portal content management systems (CMS).

Training and Support

  • Provide user training and documentation on all web applications.
  • Provide technical support for all web systems and maintain a record of all enhancement requests.
  • Develop and update online training application to deliver training content to customers.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Experience and Education
  • Bachelor degree in computer science or software engineering, preferably with an emphasis on business applications.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience supporting and coding websites and business applications.
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Expert in ASP, VBScript, JavaScript, CSS and HTML, with strong skills in XML and XSLT.
  • Strong skills in SQL Server database design and maintenance.
  • Experience with AJAX, C# and SOAP.
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Flash and Flex is desired.
  • Strong skills in web server configuration (Microsoft IIS & Apache) are desired.
  • Expert-level knowledge of cross-browser, cross-platform compatibility and design constraints
  • Ability to write clean, coherent, well-documented code and to follow established coding style guidelines
  • Excellent verbal and written skills, with proven ability to communicate complex ideas and to design and document projects in a clear, concise way
  • Experience with content management systems a plus.
